Creamy Green Goddess Dip is a snack that brings a burst of fresh flavor and fabulous color with it. It’s perfect as an after-school snack or as a dip to enjoy when you’re watching football or binge-watching your favorite series. It’s so easy to make and definitely a favorite of mine!

Have you ever had green goddess dressing? I just love it – it’s herby and a little tangy (and green and gorgeous) – but I really wanted to transform the flavors of the dressing into a snack. I did just that with Creamy Green Goddess Dip – it’s ideal to serve with your favorite crunchy veggies, or some toasted Italian-style bread.
Another fun snack to try on the site is my Greek Nachos with Tzatziki Sauce. It’s so fun to serve, and perfect to dig into for snack time.
I added my own touches to this Creamy Green Goddess Dip. For example, I added a few handfuls of spinach and an avocado to add to its creaminess. I tossed in some garlic, too, because that’s how I roll!
I omitted the anchovy paste and Dijon mustard you’d find in more traditional recipes. Even though I love anchovies, some people don’t, nor can they easily get their hands on the paste.
No matter what you choose to include or omit when you make this, I recommend keeping the tarragon in this dip. It adds such amazing flavor!
Creamy Green Goddess Dip makes a welcome snack for hungry kiddos who burst through the door after school, looking for something to eat. You could even pack it up in lunch boxes for a mid-day treat.
This dip is, without a doubt, ideal to serve at any fall football tailgate parties or Saturday afternoon watch parties. My Spiced Edamame Hummus makes another great snack for the season!
I love using local ingredients and products when I make meals, and for this recipe, I was fortunate to be able to spoon Shamrock Farms sour cream into the mix. For news and updates, visit Shamrock Farms.
Its smooth and creamy texture is perfect as a topping or to use as a high-quality ingredient. It definitely makes family meals fresher during the back to school season.
Do you have athletes in the house? I bet they’d enjoy Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Protein drink. You can find it in the refrigerated section at many grocery stores.
Here in Phoenix, Shamrock Farms milk is locally sourced from its own family farm – getting from the farm to your family in as little as two days.
Does it get much fresher than that? I know not all of you will be able to get your hands on Shamrock Farms sour cream. If you can, look for the new green lid in your local dairy case.
If you can’t, try to use the best-quality sour cream you can find, and try local products if you can. Quality ingredients make the best recipes!
Give this Creamy Green Goddess Dip a go this season. Your family and friends will love it, and it’s an easy way to satisfy anyone who’s ready to snack!
