Cookies, cookies, and more cookies! I feel like they’ve been my main food group lately! But it’s that time of year, right?

If you want cookies, I’ve got a good one for you today! I made Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies after Thanksgiving this year, and they’ll be on the menu for a while. They’re perfect for the season! The cranberries look like little jewels tucked inside.

Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies are perfect for the Christmas tray. Make these Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies soon!

I have to say, white chocolate chips in my cookies aren’t generally my first choice when I pick a cookie at the bakery. I mean, I don’t turn them down, but they’re not my typical first choice.

I’ll definitely choose these again and again, though. The first time I made them I used dried cranberries. They were good, but boy were they sweet! If you use dried cranberries, I would definitely cut back on the sugar a bit.

Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a fabulous and pretty treat. Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies are ideal for the season.

Fresh cranberries aren’t usually available year-round, so enjoy them while you can! This time of year, cookies are front and center, so take advantage of these goodies. The added orange flavor is really nice to combine with the cranberries. I used both orange zest and orange extract.

If you need Christmas cookies for your loved ones here are a few of my favorites: Orange-Amaretto Pizzelle Cookies (I’m making them again today). They’re so pretty and I love their bit of crispiness.

Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies make a fabulous treat! Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delight for the holidays!

Linzer Cookies with Homemade Orange Marmalade are another really pretty cookie option that’s perfect for the season. I used oranges from my backyard tree to make the marmalade, but you could use your favorite jelly.

My family always has biscotti at the holidays, and these Chocolate-Espresso Dipped Orange & Pistachio Biscotti are a real treat!

If you’d like, make a batch of Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies to give away. I found a fun way to package cookies and I’m obsessed! Fun Squared uses empty Pringles cans and decorates them with craft paper and ribbon. I used Washi tape on mine. It was so easy and so cute!

Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies are super-tasty and great for the season! Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies should be on your list to make!

When it comes to Christmas cookies, make these Cranberry-Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies for the season. I’ve been making them since Thanksgiving and truly enjoying them!

Thanks, Yvonne! No trick - it just worked :) I suppose I could have tossed them in a bit of flour first like sometimes done with muffins, but thankfully I didn't need to!

I love the cranberry and orange combo! It's my favorite type of muffin. I'm sure it's amazing in a cookie! I'm going to have to make these!

I never would have thought to put cranberry in a cookie! I love the coloring it adds to the cookie too.

Those cookies look good. I do enjoy having white chocolate chips in my cookies, but I never thought to mix it with cranberries and oranges. We're looking for some cookie recipes to give to Santa on Christmas Eve, so we might consider this one.

Anynidea how to change ratios if you'd like to use orange juice? I just made a different recipe and I hate how they came out, even though I chilled them the spread super thin and I'm thinking it's due to the juice

Do you mean you'd rather use orange juice instead of orange extract? I wouldn't use much, as there really isn't much liquid in this recipe. Maybe you could use a tablespoon and increase the amount of zest you use. Let me know if you try that. Thanks!

These are a yearly hit. My husband BEGS me to make them. I've done two batches this year and I also manage to get 35/36. Nice spread and while they look hard, they are absolute heaven to bite into. So good with coffee in the morning.

The dough was very, very sticky. I baked a test cookie, added flour, baked another, added flour. I ended up adding several more spoonfuls of flour and that helped along with freezing the dough. I’m at high altitude but I don’t usually have to add so much extra flour. I didn’t dare add more. Overall they turned out okay but I would like more orange flavor.

Oh, that's interesting. I wonder why they turned out so sticky? I'm glad you like them and thanks for the feedback!
