August 4, 2023 By Patricia 76 Comments

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is an ideal salad for the summer (don’t fret — there’s still time to make and enjoy it)! The strawberries and avocado are the wonderful “extras” in this salad, and the dressing is simply scrumptious. It’s a new favorite of mine!

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a fabulous salad for the summer. Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is what you need to make for a great light meal.

At a family picnic recently I came across a tasty salad that inspired me to make this Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing.

I love a salad studded with sweet strawberries, and bonus points for couscous that keeps it filling! I tend to think of strawberries as an ingredient used in or with dessert, but it’s a fruit packed with a nutritional punch.

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a wonderful salad for the summer. Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a salad you need to toss together today!

If you’re a spinach fan, try my Potato, Chickpea, and Spinach Curry. It’s one of my readers’ favorite dishes (and mine, too).

Not only is this a fresh and fabulous salad for the summer (and it’s perfect to take to a get together), but the honey-lime dressing is amazing!

I’m sure you’ve seen strawberries and spinach together on occasion. I’ll admit that when I first came across it, I thought it seemed strange, but it’s really a treat for a seasonal salad. Cold couscous tossed in the mix is a little what you’d enjoy in a pasta salad. The pine nuts add the flavorful crunch!

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is the kind of summer salad that will satisfy! Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a delightful summer dish.

Another great salad that makes a nice lighter summer meal is my Spinach & Salmon Salad with Creamy Dairy-Free Herbed Dressing. You’ll definitely enjoy it.

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is my new favorite summer salad. Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is full of flavor and color!

I’m willing to bet you’ll love the summer’s juicy strawberries and the creamy avocado tossed into the mix in this dish. The Israeli (sometimes called pearl) couscous adds heartiness to the salad and makes a nice alternative to traditional pasta salads.

My Grilled Eggplant, Cherries, and Couscous Salad is another great dish that includes Israeli couscous along with some of the season’s tasty fruit and veggies.

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a fabulous salad for the season. Everyone will love Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing.

The colors (and flavors) in this summer salad are amazing — bright pops of red from summer’s strawberries, and vibrant green from the spinach. So festive!

Don’t wait for the season to end. Make Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing as soon as you can, and enjoy it as long as you can!

Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing is a delightful dish for the season! Make a Spinach and Couscous Salad with Strawberries, Avocado & Honey-Lime Dressing for your next get together.

I love the addition of couscous to this salad! I make a spinach salad with strawberries and avo all the time, but adding couscous adds another layer of flavor and texture - and makes it more filling!
