I used a few of the last of my oranges from the backyard to make Ramen and Veggies in Orange-chili Sauce. I was looking for a comforting dish that was easy to put together, and this did the trick.
Bacon, Egg and Asparagus Ramen is made mazemen style, which means you leave out the broth you’d normally find in a bowl of ramen. This dish has just enough sauce to coat all the ingredients to perfection. It’s pure comfort food!
